I Canceled My Laser Appointments After Using This One Device

Nood Flasher Pro Laser Hair Removal Device

I didn’t plan to stop my laser sessions. I had already spent a lot of money on them and even though the results were slow, I kept telling myself it was part of the process. But the costs kept going up and it was really hard to keep track of the appointments. You have to plan everything around them, shave at the right time, stay out of the sun and then wait weeks to see any real results.

At some point, it just seemed like a lot of effort for something that wasn't fully consistent.

That's when I found the Nood Flasher Pro and I didn't think it would be very good. I've used devices at home before and most of them felt weak or just slow. But this one ended up replacing my appointments entirely which I wasn’t expecting to say.

The Flasher Pro is an IPL device that you can use at home. It uses light to target hair follicles and gradually slow hair growth. It’s not exactly the same as an in-clinic laser, but the goal is the same: to get rid of hair for good instead of having to shave or wax all the time.

This one feels different because it's not just for hair. There are two lenses with it. One is for removing hair, and the other is for improving skin, like tone, texture and fine lines.

So instead of being an at-home IPL device for just one thing, it sits somewhere between hair removal and skin care.

My First Time Using Flasher Pro

The first thing I noticed was how easy Flash Pro was to use for IPL hair removal at home. No hard setup and no buttons that are hard to understand. You change lenses based on what you're doing and just go over the area.

It doesn't feel as bad as I honestly thought it would either. It has a built-in cooling feature, so it stays more controlled instead of getting really hot like some other devices do. It's not completely sensation-free but it's not painful either.

The sessions are short. Around 10 minutes, depending on the area, which makes it easier to stay consistent. That's probably the biggest difference between this and clinic visits. You do not have to plan your whole day around it.

What Stood Out While Using It

At first, I didn't pay much attention to the Flash Pro’s specs, but after using it for a while I understood why it worked better.

The Flasher Pro works a little better than most home devices, which is why you don't feel like you're waiting forever to see results. You can also change the intensity to what feels good for you, which is helpful when you're just starting out.

It's more interesting because it has two lenses. The hair removal one works as you would expect, but the skin lens is what made me use it more often. It’s not dramatic, but it gives you one more reason to stick with it.

My Results Timeline

I was most doubtful about this part, so I paid close attention to it.

Week 1:

Not much. I saw that some areas were growing back a little more slowly but it wasn't always the case. I didn't expect my skin to feel a little smoother this early, but it did.

Week 4:

This is when it started to feel real. Hair was growing back slower and thinner in some places, especially where I was consistent. I also noticed that my skin was less irritated after shaving, which was a big plus.

Week 8+:

At this point I wasn't shaving as much. Some areas had a lot less regrowth, but others were still catching up. The skin also looked a little more even, especially with the second lens.

Nood Flasher Pro results are not instant, but if you keep at it, you'll definitely see a difference. Here is my Flasher Pro before and after.

Visibly Younger Skin

Cost vs What I Was Paying Before

This was really what made me decide.

You only have to pay about $399 for the Flasher Pro once. Over time, my laser sessions easily cost more than $4,000, especially if you count touch-ups.

You still need maintenance sessions even after paying that much. That's the part that people don't really talk about.

You can just keep using this at home. No appointments and no extra fees every few months.

Is It Better Than Laser?

In IPL vs laser hair removal comparison, I wouldn't say it completely replaces treatments at the clinic, but for most people, it's close enough that the difference isn't worth the extra money and time.

The best thing about it is that it's almost always the same. It's easier to stick with something when it's in your room instead of having to make an appointment weeks in advance.

And that consistency is what really makes IPL work

What Is My Final Opinion About Flasher Pro

I didn’t expect to cancel my appointments when I started using the Nood IPL device, but I haven’t gone back since.

This at-home laser hair removal is not perfect, and it still requires consistency, but it’s easier to stick with and actually fits into your routine. That alone makes a big difference.

If you’ve been thinking about a permanent hair reduction at home, this feels like one of the few options that actually makes sense long term.

You don’t have to commit to appointments or keep spending money every few months. You just use it Nood Flasher Pro and see how it works for you.
